Existential Dread was founded by Joseph D Fort during the worst of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. From basement to basement, Existential Dread awed the crowd at their first and only show at West Philly's Lucky Aide in 2021. Even though the band outplayed the whole bill, Existential Dread decided to "COLLECTIVELY" (god dammit Dean) disband just a few short days after the striking performance due to lack of motivation. The Philadelphia music scene was never the same post Existential Dread. Little did their fans know, Existential Dread's music occasionally lives on in 2023 through impromptu jams in a small New Jersey town along the sacred river. Will they ever come back? One must ask Dean. This demo consists of practice sessions from the infamous Unfinished Basement and Gort Brewing Dungeon. All recordings were taken between 06/29/2020 and 08/21/21.
